You can permanently delete your Mini Pocket account and all associated personal and financial data at any time. Submit the form below and our team will verify and process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, and contact details.
All saving jars, income, expenses, transactions, and check-ins.
Kojo Insights & Reports, saved recommendations, and coach history.
Your Financial Reputation Score, badges, and streaks.
Your membership in any Savings Circles you belong to.
AI credits, purchase history, and notifications.

We may retain a minimal record of completed Mobile Money transactions where required by anti-money-laundering law, for a limited period.

Prefer to do it yourself in the app? Sign in and go to Me → Edit profile → Delete account. This form is for anyone who can't sign in, or who prefers to request deletion in writing.
